Indian Springs

Indian Springs is one of those spots where you really feel the transition from city life into the Hill Country. Located right off the Highway 281 corridor near the Comal County line, it’s a master-planned community that strikes a perfect balance between modern suburban convenience and that rugged Texas landscape we all love. You’ve got winding streets and significant elevations that give a lot of the homes incredible views of the surrounding hills. What really draws people here, besides the highly-regarded Comal ISD schools, is the amenity center. It’s legit—think resort-style pool with a beach entry and plenty of space for the kids to run. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you see neighbors out walking their dogs in the evenings and families gathered at the park. It’s established enough to have mature trees, but new enough that the floor plans still feel current and functional. The vibe here is active and family-oriented. Because Indian Springs Elementary is located right in the neighborhood, there's a strong sense of community. You get the benefits of a San Antonio address with the 'small town' feel of the Comal school district, which is a big win for a lot of my clients.
